This original Reich Labour Service (RAD) Gold 25 Year Faithful Service Medal was awarded to long-serving members of the Reichsarbeitsdienst (RAD) in recognition of 25 years of loyal and faithful service. This prestigious decoration represented the highest grade of the RAD Faithful Service Medal series and was awarded to senior officials and career members who had completed a quarter of a century of service.
The obverse features the distinctive RAD spade emblem bearing the swastika, framed by an ornate oak leaf border. The reverse carries the inscription “Für treue Dienste im Reichsarbeitsdienst” (“For Faithful Service in the Reich Labour Service”), surrounded by a decorative wreath.
